Commission for OBC 
1) If any class of citizen feels that their caste / community should be included in OBCs list of Delhi, the applicant will have to make a request for such inclusion along with documentary and supporting evidence (s)/ material (s) regarding the social, economic and educational status of the caste/community, either to the Member- Secretary or the Chairman of the Commission.
2) For the purpose of obtaining OBC certificate, citizens belonging to the OBC category may approach the SDMs of the District concerned.
